A.M.R. (MIKE) AYNSLEY - DIRECTOR

Mike is an active company director and has a particular interest in working with companies serving countries such as Somalia and adjacent nations where financial relief is difficult to deliver due to dysfunctional financial services. He holds an MBA from Macquarie University's Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors  flagship program in Australia and holds a certificate of company direction form the Institute of Directors in the UK.

ROBERT M. AYNSLEY -
DIRECTOR

Robert is an experienced  executive and currently works with one of the world's largest and most successful FMCG groups in Sydney. His career commitment is in the area of human resource management and organisational behaviour. Robert holds a BA, majoring in organisation psychology, from Macquarie University.

The overarching objective of this policy is to ensure the protection and safety and prevent exploitation of Vulnerable Persons (VP), enabling them to live a life free from abuse or neglect.

BELINDA J. AYNSLEY - DIRECTOR & SECRETARY

Belinda provides support to Tom's foundation through provision of director and company secretarial services. She is an experienced office manager and administrator and has worked exclusively in the not-for-profit sector over many years. Belinda currently works with the Royal British Legion in London and previous worked for NEAS in Sydney. 

CHRISTOPHER R. AYNSLEY -
DIRECTOR

Chris is an experienced educator with one of Sydney's most prestigious high schools. He specialises in high level Maths as well as Christian Studies and has committed his working life to the Education sector. He holds a BA (Dip Ed) from Sydney University.

DIRECTOR

Kirrily supports the Foundation through the provision of company secretarial services. She has committed her career to the Education sector and holds a BA (Dip Ed) from Sydney University.

The Foundation collects only information that is reasonably necessary for its charitable activities and governance requirements. Personal information is handled securely and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to support the Foundation’s operations.
